Hawks Fall On Road
The Quincy University men's volleyball dropped a road MIVA match
to Grand Canyon University on Saturday night, falling 25-21, 25-14
and 25-21 to fall to 0-2 in conference play this season.
Quincy hit just .102 in the match with 32 kills and 23 errors in 88
attempts. The Hawks hit no higher than .174 in any of their sets
and had a match high 12 kills in the third set. Grand Canyon
meanwhile hit .307 with 35 kills and 12 errors in 75 attempts.
Quincy also committed 16 service errors in the match and recorded
just 4.5 total team blocks.

Pranger led Quincy with 12 kills while Ryan
Lehmann added seven kills. Andrew
Ouano finished with 28 assists and Joe
Ascher led the team with six digs. Quincy falls to 12-3
overall and 0-2 in the MIVA. They are back in action again on
Sunday in another road match against Grand Canyon.
