With the victory the Flyers improve to 18-4 overall, 9-0 in MIVA and extend their winning streak to 11 while the Mastodons fall to 13-8, 5-3 MIVA and had their five-match winning streak snapped.
ROMEOVILLE, Ill. ? Lewis plays its final two road matches of the regular season against No. 13 Purdue Fort Wayne on Thursday and No. 15 Ball State two days later. The Flyers swept both teams earlier this season at Neil Carey Arena. A 2-0 clip to close out the road schedule would mark the second time in three seasons that Lewis has swept the regular season series against both MIVA-foes.
